You can use hierarchy_stoplist <site.name> <othersite.name> <etc...>
to define sites that can be cached but should NEVER be fetched from any
other caches in your hierarchy.

You can use cache_stoplist <site.name> <othersite.name> <etc...>
to define sites that should never be cached at all. This is probably what
you want from what you said in your message. This essentially makes squid
a proxy-only box (no caching) for sites that you define. It will still
cache everything else.
