Parent & sibling.

        Hi Squiders,

I'm running Squid 1.1.15 on Linux 2.0.27.
My squid couldn't catch a SIBLING_HIT from sibling.
All requests are sent DIRECTLY to the source.
It seems that neighbour which isn't in my local domain is ignored.
