error: ERR_DNS_FAIL:

Is anyone know what is the problem when squid give error ERR_DNS_FAIL for
all the requests? It seems all squid proxy do not give the server for
about 20 minites then every thing is ok.

On the cache.log no any other error message on.

Any commonts will be appreciated
