connect: no route to host...

Dear All,

I compiled and installed squid-1.1.20 on RedHat Linux 4.1, and I am using
kernal version 2.0.32. The cache runs well, except one thing that it does
not work. Whenever it tries to direct connect to a URL that contains ? or
cgi, or *.exe stuff, it returns "no route to host". I have turned on the
debugging level to 9, and I saw,

connect: 204.162.96.10:80: (113) No route to host.

This occurs as a particular case when I press "Search" in the browser,
and the cache gives me the page. However, when I press that "search"
button, it gives the above error.

Our configuration is as an ICP client of two parent cache hosts, and
nothing about "cgi" or "?" in the configuration file had been changed.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

daniel.
