Hi, i'm running an old squid v1.0.20
i see in my logs entries like:

TCP_MISS/304/SINGLE_PARENT
TCP_MISS/304/DIRECT

can anyone explain these fields? and how can i gat a 304 reply header
when i have a TCP_MISS (the object does not exist in the cache, isn't
it? ).

What does DIRECT stand for here? does it mean that the parent did not
reply before the 2 sec timeout and that the cache decided to go directly
and ask the server?

Thanx,
        Christian
