If you do that, just make sure to change the version.h file to add the
"+retry", so that when you show up in the cache registration database,
other people will know you have the patch applied when making peering
decisions. Also, I have provided a 1.1.21 and 1.NOVM.* version of the
patch at <ftp://ftp.comshare.com/pub/squid/>, too.
