What's the verion of your linux kernel ?

I heard that 2.1.xx has been developed for applying
*rate shaping & some QoS functions*.

Does it become *enough stable* for using them?

PS)
  Cisco announced CAR(Committed Access Rate) Filter, but
  it needs special IOS versions. (it isn't general feature.)
