Hi,

IŽve been trying to compile the Squid 1.1.22 in a HP-UX V.10.20 for some
days and I havenŽt any sucess.

I already installed GNU packets (sed, binutils, static gcc) and set the
PATH too, but when I try to install/compile the Squid, this menssage
error occurs:

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/squi
loading cache ./config.cache

checking host system type... hppa1.1-hp-hpux10.20

checking for gcc... (cached) cc

checking whether the C compiler (cc -g) works... yes

checking whether the C compiler (cc -g) is a cross-compiler... no

checking whether we are using GNU C... (cached) no

** WARNING: Squid is only guaranteed to compile with GNU cc.

** Currently, you're using cc

Please, IŽll really apreciate any suggestions, how to solve this problem
or
if someone knows where I can get a binary Squid for HP-UX V.10.20.

Thanks
