Like we had for the underscores in host names. This is the same thing. It's
outside the standard but some people (in this case MS IIS servers) can't read
them... The question is should we try to enforce them (via squid) to read the
standards or should we leave this open.

I think I agree with Miquel here. It might be a useful setting (although these
sites should clean up their act too!)
