Non standard http port.

Hi,

One of our user was trying to browse a http server on port 81.
There is an acl "Safe_ports" in the default squid.conf file that prevents
user from accessing any ports other than 80, 21, 70 and above 1025.

My questions are:
Is it really dangerous to allow access to port 81 ?

What kind of problems could arise if I allow users to
        use that port ?

I use squid-2.0-RELEASE running on Redhat Linux 5.0 with kernel 2.0.34

Thanks,
