Ideas? HELP?

When I turn debug level to 2, I get a log FULL of these. What the heck?

this server is on a couple T-1's, dedicated JUST to squid, and fast and
empty as can be. What the heck? I just cleared and rebuilt the /cache dirs
when I went to 2.0P2 today.
