That a internal structure for maintaing cache_dir state is 37% filled.
When it is completely filled Squid can't cache more objects (many
versions even abort when if it gets 100% filled).

Technically: The filemap is a bitmap of which filenames (filenumbers) in
a cache_dir structure that is in use.
