Exceeded filemap limit

Hello,

    let me reapeat my question; what doest it mean, when my squid says
in logfile:

file_map_allocate: Exceeded filemap limit Squid Cache terminated
abnormally

I'm runnin RH5.2, kernel 2.036, Squid 2.2 stable4. I. What should I
really do?

Please help, any ideas invited.....
