Hi,

Actually I'm "borrowing" their idea =), except we will be having own
satellite link from US-Philippines. This will have "multi-drop" capability
so we'll have customers with large bandwidth from US-Philippines over the sat
but only small links within the Philippines. The small Philippine links will
be only used for the ICP traffic.

As for homogeneity and size, we're dealing with a large number of ISPs who
buy transit bandwidth from us. And, they apparently have the same browsing
habits, but I have yet to prove that hard figures.

thanks,
