I have a Site that is cahced and never refreshed!

I am using Transparent Proxying with Linux 2.2.13 and Squid 2.3 Stable 1.
 
The problem is now that a known web site has moved from one IP address to
another and Squid has not checked this. I don't know why Squid does not
check the DNS records or whatever to update it self.
 
Now I have added an ipchains entry to route the requests for this site
around the Squid Cache, and I am planning on restarting squid tonight with a
fresh cache. Anywayz, why is this happening?
