HowTo avoid clients' sending attach file using Free Webmail system

Hello,

Recently I have started to use squid.
I am planning to avoid clients to send messages with attach file by using
a kind of free webmail system (such as HotMail),but I don't know how to
configure squid.conf.

Could you pls advice me?
