SuSe are the main sponser of the project so it's probably included with
their distro. I don't use SuSe so I can't say for sure on that front. The
main homepage is at http://http://devlinux.com/projects/reiserfs/ and can
answer your performance questions in more detail that I can.

Basically, resierfs outperforms ufs/ext2fs on most type of file storage
though tends to work best on large numbers of small files. Hence it seems
to be ideal for Squid.
