Transfer cache from one server to another.

Hi guys, howzit going?

Ok the time has come for use to move our proxy server to a new box.
Is it possible to leave our old box running and then some how copy the cache
onto the new box?
See we don't want to move the hard drives or anything but want to somehow
transfer the 27gig cache from the old box to the new box that will have 3
30gig's hard drives for cache....
Please help if you can.
