Forwarding loop with accelerator

Hi all,

I know this is dealt with to a degree in the FAQ, but I must be too dense
to understand the solution.

I have squid setup to both proxy and accelerate. When our users access
the accelerated site the following is logged:

WARNING: Forwarding loop detected for: (plus the rest)

The FAQ discusses some methods for solving the problem with multiple
caches but nothing for an accelerated-proxying cache.

Can anyone give me some suggestions?
