So much for archives... You can switch to a recent Squid (starting
with 2.3), and use its internal DNS feature (the default). Using the
external DNS resolver helps to cover certain special cases now, e.g.
the internal DNS resolver does *not* look into /etc/hosts, the
external might, depending on your system's configuration.
