[SQU] Various Errors after 1 month running

Hi all, after some months of running squid without any problem, I stop
squid for reboot the machine, and when its starts again squid stop
responding with the following errors, i haven't touch any permission so
i don't know where is the problems on the redirectors and the error
file.
