to filter-out all ads matching these regular expressions and replace them
with a descriptive adfilter.gif, displaying "ad filtered by internal" or
something like that.

Although this is working great, I have a different opinion about
ad-blocking. If you're blocking ads from sites like Lycos or Altavista,
you're using a great service without "paying" for it. To be honest:
"payment" by viewing two or three ads won't really hurt you, right?
