No, its not correct. You should leave it at 0.0.0.0

Check the FAQ's on the snmp section of Squid. In there there is info on
gettings started, as well some other links with examples of how mrtg can be
used with Squid.

I just want to make sure. If my MRTG run in the box that using IP
202.90.140.36, then I should change the squid.conf to be:

snmp_incoming_address 202.90.140.36
#snmp_outgoing_address 0.0.0.0

Is that correct?
