Sorry I was so short in my previous answer... the link above will take you
to the offered solution to the same issue. If you read the thread you will
see the cause there was the server being slow and squid starting another
session for another user because the first one was still TCP handshaking. If
this doesn't fix the problem, then you may have a bug....
