Partial success to date. fake_auth works, as should no_check.pl. However the
NTLMSSP module uses part of samba (which I don't think anyone has bothered
porting to cygwin :-/).

What I'd like to do is get it (ntlm_auth_modules/NTLMSSP/smbval)ported, and
then it should work.
