[SQU] Gateway Time-out

Hi..
I have configured my machine for SIBLING every thing is fine but I can not
see any request from PARENT in tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log.
I see following message when I run /usr/sbin/squid -NCd1

Temporary disabling (Gateway Time-out) digest from 203.135.5.5

Any help?
