1- you can use Joe's patch for IE browser to refresh page when you press
reload button.
http://www.swelltech.com/pengies/joe/patches

2- you can run client -r http://domain.com/ with cron at midnight to force
cache to reload URL.

3- Maybe decrease refresh_pattern value to refresh objects..But there are
some disadvantage..See mail archive for further information..This subject
was spoken so much.
