[SQU] resolv.conf

Is there any possibility for Squid to use the resolving order ("search",
"nameserver") as specified in resolv.conf? I'm especially interested in
following the "search" parameter, because i'm replacing an old proxy
that used that thing to do a lot of address translation.
It seems like Squid is ignoring everything from resolv.conf except for
the "nameservers", but i need to make it understand "search" too.

I'm using squid-2.4.pre-stable-200102...........
