[squid-users] missing buttons

Hi, I'm running Squid Version 2.2.STABLE5 on a Debian system and I have a weird problem. I've looked through the FAQ and archives, and I've seen some similar issues but not quite the same. On some sites, we can't load the buttons on the site. Usually, it is rollover or mouseover buttons that cause the issue. You can hit refresh all you want, and it does no good. You can tell the browser to load the image (by right-clicking or whatever) but it does no good. The links for the buttons work, you just can't see the button images. This server has been running a while with no other problems. I have a few acls set up to block porn and other assorted sites that management doesn't want people going to (napster, etc), but it doesn't seem to be an acl issue. We are authenticating using ncsa_auth, and it works fine. The server has loads of memory and harddrive space available, and is not under any strain. Any ideas as to what might cause this?
