No. I do not use any never_direct clauses.

What is the correct syntax?
 hierarchy_stoplist cgi-bin \?
  or
 hierarchy_stoplist cgi-bin ?

Note the lack of "\" before question mark.

But anyway the problem is the same no matter what.
