[squid-users] Compiling options

While compiling Squid for the first time with 2.4-STABLE1 - other setups I
made with RPM packages - I came into the "compiling options" questions.

Could anyone comment on recommended options? I'm going with this:

--prefix=/usr --exec-prefix=/usr --bindir=/usr/sbin --libexecdir=/usr/lib/sq
uid --localstatedir=/var --sysconfdir=/etc/squid --enable-async-io --enable-
kill-parent-hack

Is that good? Bad? Enough? Should I remove anything? Should I add anything?

I'm looking for a reliable compile. I would rather have a 100% stable setup
which is not as fast as it could be than a 99,9% stable setup fast as a
bullet (if you get what I mean).

Thanks a lot for any comments.
