Hi Squid-Users (Admins),

        I am wondering if this is possible and how do I go about doing it. I
want to setup a Squid box to capture/manage HTTP Requests Only without
having to change anything on my LAN segment including going to each
workstation. Can I place this box between a Cisco router (static IP as
default gateway) and my end users? (see diagram)

Current: [ WAN ] <---> [ CISCO ROUTER ] <--> [ FAST SWITCH ]
<--> [ LOCAL SEGMENT ]

Wanted: [ WAN ] <---> [ CISCO ROUTER ] <--> eth0 [ SQUID BOX ] eth1 <--> [
FAST SWITCH ] <--> [ LOCAL SEGMENT ]

        Setting up the linux/squid box is do-able but I am very uncertain
how to tell the linux box to allow all other traffic in/out of the NIC's.
There's other traffic that needs to pass through for regular work. I have
looking for weeks on how to do this. Thanks
