[squid-users] transparent proxy

hi...!
I have squid-2.3-STABLE3. I was trying to make my squid to run as
transparent proxy.
I already have

http_port 8080
httpd_accel_host vistual
httpd_accel_port 80
httpd_accel_with_proxy on
httpd_accel_uses_host_header on

in my squid.conf. i used ipchains to redirect any connections to port
8080

ipchains -A input -p tcp -d 0/0 80 -j REDIRECT 8080

but it still wont work...?!?
