This indeed is a problem.
Amasingly enough, it seems quite many not even bother to search for the
keywords they are asking about in squid.conf.default.
The authorative Squid documentation is and will be squid.conf.default.
It is the only source that is quaranteed to be reasonably up to date
with the versoin of Squid you are running.
