See the "Transparent Proxy with Linux and Squid mini-HOWTO" for a
very detailed quide. The latest version is always linked from Squid
FAQ 17.4 "Interception caching with Linux 2.4 and netfilter".
Note: Section 6 of that HOWTO should not be used.
