[squid-users] ncsa_auth

Greetings,

I am running squid 2.4 on Red Hat Linux 7.1 with ncsa_auth. In many
instances, when a user goes to a site, the proxy login prompt repeatedly
appears and does not accept and after about four tries, the Cache Access
Denied error page appears. This problem has occurred in both versions Stable
4 and the latest version of Stable 6. What is wrong here? What can I do to
fix it?
