This is a bit of a problem. Squid cannot (yet) authenticate to
upstream proxies using NTLM credentials, only Basic HTTP proxy
credentials.

Squid-2.5 can require NTLM credentials from the clients, but cannot
provide any NTLM credentials upstream, nether by configuration or
proxied from the user.

It is all a matter of implementing what is needed. Very few things
