ntlm_auth first. That didn't work so I replaced it with the fake_auth
which did work. I've also tried it against a W2K domain as well as a NT 4
domain with both Win98 and Win2k clients. The Win98 clients prompt for a
username/password/domain (which doesn't work even if I give it correct
values). W2k clients just give a page cannot be displayed. Squid logs a
TCP_DENIED/407 message for each failed access.
