Have you patched your ip_gre module to support WCCP as explained in the FAQ?

Are you sure you should use this directive? I'm almost sure you
shouldn't and I know nothing about your router. Odds are very very good
that your router wants version 4.

Don't do this, unless you really know what you're doing.
