[squid-users] Is this the correct way to "no_cache"?

I wrote the following lines:

acl GARDA url_regex ^http://217.141.44.216
acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \?
no_cache deny QUERY
no_cache deny GARDA

Actually, the "QUERY"-related stuff is the default one, so I would like
to focus on the "GARDA" one...

Do the above lines avoid my proxy to cache the pages from the site
stored at the mentioned IP Address?
Do I miss something?
How may I check in the log file if that content is being cached or not?
