I want to be able to dynamically rewrite incoming content on the fly,
log incoming requests and the matching content to a file based on
user-IP source
or content-source-IP. Want to be able to 'rewrite my world'.

Based on content, I'd like to be able to open an X or Windows based
popup that
needs to be responded to before any further content is allowed to reach
my
client browser. Running my own client program that can remotely
control the
filter would be fine.

Is that specific enough?
