What is your httpd_accel_* directives in squid.conf?

httpd_accel_host should be www.ahrend.com, not "virtual".

Also, if you need to support more than one domain
(httpd_accel_uses_host_header on) AND allow users to request your site
by IP address then you need a redirector rewriting the IP address into
the real domain, or use httpd_accel_single_host.
