2.5.STABLE1 will give you problems when using other Samba versions
than the exact version given in the FAQ for 2.5.STABLE1.

2.5.STABLE2 should work which any Samba-2.2.X release, but you may
need to tell it where your Samba sources are... See the Squid release
notes and/or change log.
