You can chain any anti-virus software acting as a HTTP proxy with
Squid.

MARA Systems AB is also developing an ICAP patch for Squid-2.5 which
will allow ICAP integration with anti-virus software and other
content-inspection/modification engines. Please contact
sales@marasystems.com if you are interested in this, or wait until
the new ICAP support is publically released.

Note: There is another ICAP patch available from
http://devel.squid-cache.org/icap/. However, this patch is not really
suitable for use in a general purpose proxy, more as a proof of
concept for ICAP. This older ICAP patch should work great in reverse
proxy setups, but will not work well for virus scanning.
