i think it's too low because of maximum_object_size_in_memory

I made the change you suggested but that didn't help a bit. :( The reason
the storage mem size was so low was because I had just reset the cache prior
to printing that cachemgr page. This high cpu utilization is very odd. My
cache has been running great for almost a year and then this starts. Any
other suggestions?
