The memory statistics in % is not relevant unless you have problems. The %
is not % of your RAM but % of the virtual memory currently allocated by
the Squid process currently in use.

If you have only 500MB of cache and it is barely full then I would presume
you have very little Internet traffic, or that this cache has only been
running for a very short while.

How many users do you have?

How long has the cache been running?
