[squid-users] Connection timed out

Dear all,

I am facing problem of connection timeout
what could be the reason.

Opening http://groups.yahoo.com/ gives me below error.

>From the start i have this option. echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

while trying to retrieve the URL: http://groups.yahoo.com/

The following errow was encountered:
.Conection failed

The system returned:
(110) connection timed out

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
..

What could be the reason ?????
what i need to setup in squid.conf

Plz suggest me something to solve this issue.
