I wish to follow up on this. We were running Fedora Core 2 (Squid
2.5build4). I decided to upgrade to Fedora Core 3 (Squid 2.5build6)
and all our NTLM problems went away so if there are issues with NTLM,
there were many fixes (release notes will explain them) offered
between build4 to build6 (and build7).
