Thank you for taking your time to test with my conf file.
Which distribution did you install squid on to test it?
I installed squid3.0-PRE3-20050614 on FedoraCore3.
I installed different version of it but it is not still working..
By the way, at start, I used autoconf-2.59 and automake-1.9.2 to create configure
files but when I did "autoconf ./configure.in > ./configure" I get
errors.
configure.in:33: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_DISABLE_SHARED
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.

So I deleted all files and decompress tar file.
And I did just "./configure -> make -> make install", still not working....
