HTTP is stateless. Squid can record how long it took to deliver the page.
But then the page stays on the user's screen. How should Squid be able to
know what the user does then like how slow or fast he can read or how much
time he spent on the toilet? He may even have logged off, gone outside and
be run over by a truck. You won't know.
